Story
The protagonist of this episode is a boy who wants to be like Kekkyuubin, a legendary figure who is known as the "worst of high school kids" because of his terrible appearance. The story is about how this boy is able to reach his dream.

This episode has two distinct themes and these are "Tatakakanai nakama" and "Hiken naku ichiban".
Tatakakanai nakama
"Shirokao shirokao kimi no hazukashite" is the first theme of this episode. The "kimi no" refers to "you". The "shirokao" refers to "make me well".
"Tatakakanai nakama" is translated as "Make me not lame (or unimportant)".
In the same song there is also a second line which translates to "Kanashii hazu (if I am lame)".
Hiken naku ichiban
The first line of "Hiken naku ichiban" is "Resetā ruun". The "ruun" means "time".
The "ichiban" is a suffix of "ichiban". It means "the first".
Single
The first single "Kekkyuu Kekkyuu" is a cover of a song written by Toshiyuki Toyonaga of Kenji Kó.
The B-side "Watashi no hanayome de" is a cover of a song by Hokkaido Kōtaiya.
