The Minsan album is the 26th studio album by the Filipino band Eraserheads. It was released on December 2, 1985 by MCA Records in the Philippines. It is the first album to feature new member and guitarist Vic Sotto on lead guitar and bass. The album was re-released on April 4, 1996 on MCA Records with a bonus track, “Hindi Kita Lupo”.
Overview
The album is composed of 12 tracks and it consists of only one new track, “Minsan”, which is a re-recorded version of the band's 1980 single Minsan and one of the first new compositions to be recorded by the band after the release of their self-titled album in 1979. The other new songs are "Kung Ako'y Bihira", “Kung Ako'y Bihira”, “Diyos Pangarap”, and "Laban Sa'yo". The eight songs from the band's 1979 self-titled album, namely "Balita Mula Sa Itaas", "Minsan", "Himala", "Kung Ako'y Bihira", "Hindi Kita Lupo", "Saan Nagtatago Ang Lupa?", "Don't Call Me" and "Anak Ng Langit" remain unchanged, even though the lyrics have been altered slightly.
